Rates Displayed on the Website

All our rates are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are before taxes.

Hôtel Le Priori displays and charges all prices in Canadian currency at all times.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown before taxes. The sales taxes we are required to collect for the Government of Canada and the Government of Québec are GST and QST. These represent 5% of the selling price and 9.975% calculated on the price excluding GST.

We are also required to collect a lodging tax for the City of Québec, representing 3.5% of the total value of your stay. This tax is calculated per night, based on the price including taxes.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, no later than 4:00 PM one (1) day prior to your arrival date. After this deadline, Hôtel Le Priori will charge the first night plus applicable taxes.

In the event of an early departure, nights may also be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, no later than 4:00 PM one (1) day prior to the date of the affected night. After this deadline, Hôtel Le Priori will charge the cancelled night plus applicable taxes.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, Hôtel Le Priori will charge the first night plus applicable taxes.

Guarantee

To be valid, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Hôtel Le Priori reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.

Minors Policy

Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to stay at Hôtel Le Priori. Please contact us so we can help you find the room best suited to your family.

Non-Smoking Policy

In accordance with federal, provincial, and municipal laws, Hôtel Le Priori is a non-smoking establishment.

Smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Any violation may result in penalties.
